After our very successful in-person workshop on fundraising, held on Wurundjeri Country in Melbourne in November 2022, there was high demand for an online version of the event.
As a result, on 13 December 2022, Landcare Victoria delivered a webinar - 'The Art of Fundraising for Landcare Groups'.
This webinar had the participation of:
- Esther Abram as our key speaker
- Dirk Jansen from Mornington Peninsula Koala Conservation as a case study
- Andrew Maclean, Landcare Victoria CEO, talking about how members can use Landcare Victoria's deductible gift recipient (DGR) status for their own fundraising
This was the first of eight webinars to be delivered over the next seven months with the support of DELWP and The Ross Trust.
The webinar was very well received and with good participation numbers. Here's what some of the participants had to say:
